Frank J. Orlando, Vice President - Crivello Group, LLC:

Frank Orlando has over nine years of professional experience in business development, project management, operations and IT management. In 1996 he joined Phoenix Investors, LLC as the Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Phoenix Internet Technologies, Inc., a start up Internet service provider (ISP). After quickly learning the business from the ground up, he lead several innovative sales and marketing efforts, as well as managed several large scale IT related projects, and cost control projects. Between 1998 and 2002, he led several strategic acquisitions to grow the company into one of the largest independently owned ISP in the region. At its peak, Phoenix Internet had roughly 50,000 subscribers and a wholesale proprietary data network that stretched across several Midwestern states.

In April 2002, Phoenix Internet was sold. Frank Orlando was integral to procuring the buyer, negotiating the sale and closing the entire transaction. Because of his value to the company and extensive knowledge of the industry, he was retained by the new owners and worked there in a similar capacity until September 2003.

Prior to joining Phoenix Internet, Frank Orlando worked one year at Manpower International as an Office Automation Specialist where he managed 13 branch offices in the Milwaukee area. He was tasked with the responsibility of developing marketing strategies for a computer based training product for Manpower’s 13 Milwaukee area branch offices. He managed Manpower’s largest on-site training client (500 + trainees), US Bank (f.k.a. Firstar Bank).

Frank Orlando holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with majors in both Marketing and Production & Operations Management.
