Joseph Crivello, Executive Vice President - Crivello Group, LLC:

Joseph Crivello began his career in the late 1970’s as a real estate broker. After building a solid foundation in the residential brokerage business, he formed a partnership with Frank Crivello in 1982. Together they invested in REO multifamily projects located in the Midwest. By 1985, their focus transitioned to the ownership and ground up development of retail shopping centers located from coast to coast. Joseph Crivello oversaw all facets of the development of commercial projects as an executive of Crivello Construction Inc.

Since 1991 Joseph Crivello has served as the Co-Trustee of the Irrevocable Children's Trust. He contributes oversight to trust investments beginning with pre-acquisition and extending through ownership and disposition. The investments include real estate, natural resources, marine and casino gaming, telecommunications and technology.

Joseph Crivello has been President, and sole-shareholder of National Management Inc., a real estate management company, and Sierra Finance Corporation, a finance company since 1992.

Joseph Crivello is a shareholder and consultant to Oceans Casino Cruises, Incorporated. Oceans acquired SunCruz Casinos, LLC and its affiliates, for aggregate consideration of $36.5 million under an asset purchase agreement approved by the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in February, 2004 and closed in April, 2004. SunCruz operates vessels from six locations, each of which departs at least twice daily from various ports along Florida’s coast and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and cruises into international waters. SunCruz’s vessels carry a total of approximately 1,767 slot machines and 144 table games. Joseph Crivello assisted Oceans in securing new locations, the transfer of various existing leases and other conditions necessary to close the transaction.

Joseph Crivello is the President of Heritage Structures, Inc. Heritage owns a mill in Indiana equipped to construct prefabricated garages sold to customers throughout the Midwest.
