Frank P. Crivello, Managing Member, Crivello Group, LLC announces purchase of the assets of Eastern Manufacturing Corporation by Ventures National, Inc. dba Titan General Holdings, Inc.

Pompano Beach, Florida—March 31, 2003—Crivello Group, LLC (“CG”) announced today that its principals advised Ventures National, Inc. dba Titan General Holdings, Inc. (“OTC:TTGH”) in its purchase of the assets of Eastern Manufacturing Corporation (“EMC”).

CG Managing Member Frank Crivello stated: “Until the recent economic downturn, EMC was a successful PCB manufacturer with particular expertise in supplying defense contractors. EMC recently ceased operation. We were able to negotiate a purchase by Titan from EMC’s secured lender. We are pleased to have helped Titan in this acquisition. We will continue to provide strategic consulting services to Titan.”

Titan is a unique service provider in the printed circuit board (PCB) market segment providing technical assistance and production of time-sensitive, high-tech, proto-type printed circuit boards. Titan is positioning itself to become a leading PCB service company in the fastest-growing segment of time sensitive manufacturing in the $130 billion global electronics manufacturing services market.
