Frank P Crivello, Managing Member, Crivello Group, LLC announces consulting agreement with Ventures National, Inc. dba Titan General Holdings, Inc.

Pompano Beach, Florida—August 9, 2002—Crivello Group, LLC (“CG”) announced today that its principals entered into a Strategic Consulting agreement with Ventures National, Inc. dba Titan General Holdings, Inc. (“OTC:TTGH”).

CG Managing Member Frank Crivello stated: “We were pleased to assist Titan in its merger agreement. Additionally, we assisted Titan in its purchase of new plant. We will provide strategic consulting services to Titan.”

Titan is a unique service provider in the printed circuit board (PCB) market segment providing technical assistance and production of time-sensitive, high-tech, proto-type printed circuit boards.
